Lioness Laser Studio – Terms of Use

Welcome to Lioness Laser Studio. By accessing or using our website (www.lionesslaserstudio.com) or booking services through our platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions in accordance with applicable Canadian laws and regulations.

1. Service Eligibility

Services are available to individuals aged 18 or older. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or medications (e.g., Accutane) prior to receiving treatment.

2. Appointment Booking

Bookings must be made in advance via our online form or calendar system.

Walk-ins are not accepted to ensure each client receives dedicated, personalized service.

Your appointment is confirmed once you've completed both the intake form and calendar booking.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to attend your booked session without notice may result in forfeiture of your promotional offer (e.g., $49 starter session).

Repeated no-shows may lead to future booking restrictions.

4. Payment Terms

All pricing is in CAD and subject to change.

Promotional offers (e.g., $49 starter session) are valid only within the stated promotional period and are non-transferable.

Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Results Disclaimer

Results may vary based on skin type, hair type, consistency of sessions, and adherence to pre/post-care guidelines.

Lioness Laser Studio makes no guarantees of permanent results but does commit to safe, effective, and medically informed laser hair reduction.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to follow all pre- and post-treatment care instructions provided by our studio.

It is the client's responsibility to arrive on time and maintain proper hygiene before treatment.

Lioness Laser Studio reserves the right to refuse service if any contraindications are present or if safety standards cannot be met.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, graphics, and copy on this website are property of Lioness Laser Studio and may not be reused without written consent.
